Project Background

The Order of Engineers and Architects (OEA) in Tripoli invites qualified solution providers to submit proposals for the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital system. This system will optimize OEA’s operations, enhance service efficiency, improve workflow, and align with OEA strategic goals.

About OEA

The OEA serves engineers and architects across North Lebanon by offering services such as:

Professional Licenses & Permits: Issuance and validation of licenses and certifications.

Insurance & Retirement Services: Health, life, and professional insurance, alongside retirement plans.

Administrative Support: Document management and workflow facilitation.

Financial Services: Fee collection, payment plans, and transparent budgeting.

Professional Development: Training workshops and industry seminars.

Technical Auditing & Review: Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Dispute Resolution & Legal Support: Mediation services and legal guidance.

Each service follows defined business rules to ensure efficiency, transparency, and member-focused operations.

Project Objectives

The primary goal is to design and implement a customized, scalable digital system that:
