Official Announcement – Winning Bidder for the OEA Digital Transformation Project
The 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 (𝗢𝗘𝗔) in Tripoli is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the bidding process for the Development and Implementation of a Comprehensive Digital System.
Following the publication of the Request for Proposal (RFP) across all 𝗢𝗘𝗔 social media platforms, 22 organizations expressed interest in collaborating with 𝗢𝗘𝗔 on this strategic project. Of these, 12 organizations submitted full technical and financial proposals.
Under the technical consultation and supervision of 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲, which has been overseeing and coordinating the project since its inception, a rigorous and transparent multi-phase evaluation process was carried out. This included:
- An initial assessment of all 12 proposals
- Shortlisting 6 organizations based on predefined criteria
- Conducting in-depth technical evaluations and face-to-face interviews
- Selecting 2 finalists for the final round of deliberation
Following this process, and in close coordination with 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲, the 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 has officially selected 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗼 as the winning bidder. The agreement was formally signed on Monday, May 19, 2025.
