OEA-Tripoli is launching an open design competition for a 4-star boutique hotel on land owned by the Engineers Retirement Fund — a flagship, income-generating asset created by and for the Order’s professional community. The competition runs alongside the formation of the project’s investment vehicle (SPV), in which member engineers may participate, and will provide a credible design reference for feasibility, investor communication, and the next phase of development.
